Overview

Medical devices follow a separate regulatory track from medicines in every Central Asian market, with their own expertise procedures, safety testing and registration certificates. We manage device registration with each national authority, prepare technical files and test protocols, and keep certificates current through modifications and renewals — for imaging systems from partners such as Esaote and X-Ray as well as laboratory and clinical equipment.

Most equipment in the region is bought by the state: hospital modernization programmes, national screening initiatives and regional health budgets define demand. We translate a manufacturer’s catalogue into tender-ready configurations — specifications, comparison tables and delivery terms that match how procurement commissions actually evaluate bids — and manage the bid through award and contract.

Our engineers, trained and certified by manufacturers, handle installation, commissioning and acceptance testing; clinical application specialists train hospital staff; and warranty and post-warranty service with a local spare-parts stock keeps installed equipment earning its reputation for years.
