Market Access & Representation

Launches here are decided in pricing files, ministries and tender commissions — we represent you in all three rooms.

The service

Overview

In Central Asia, access to patients runs through the state. A product needs a registered ceiling price and a place in national formularies, reimbursement lists and essential-medicines lists before public money can buy it. We prepare pricing dossiers with reference-price calculations, health-economic justifications adapted to local budget logic, and clinical value summaries for formulary commissions — and we plan the five-market sequence as one strategy, because prices registered in one market feed the reference baskets of its neighbours.

Access needs presence. We provide a compliant, fully staffed representation under your name — legal presence for contracts and tenders, medical affairs for the clinical community, and field teams working to your SOPs — alongside structured government relations: a standing, documented dialogue with health ministries, regulators and procurement bodies in all five markets, so you learn about a list revision or a tender-rule change while it is still a draft.

Then the state buys through tenders, and we run them end to end. Year-round monitoring covers every relevant announcement; qualification files are maintained so no bid is lost to an expired document; pricing strategy weighs ceiling prices and competitor behaviour before every submission; and after award, the same team manages delivery schedules, acceptance acts and penalty-free execution — one line of accountability from announcement to final delivery.

For leading international companies, we also act as a hands-on trade partner: we organize the export and import of medicines, laboratory reagents and reactants, medical equipment and related products — managing permits, documentation and cross-border logistics at every step. We can participate in government tenders across Central Asia on behalf of our partner companies, acting as their complete local representative: we prepare and submit the bids, answer every question and clarification request from procurement commissions, and — once the contract is won — take care of delivery logistics and customs clearance through to final acceptance. Our services are provided on a transparent fee basis, with a clearly agreed scope of work and deliverables, so partners always know exactly what they pay for and what they receive in return.

Process

How we work

Four stages, one accountable sequence — from first assessment to steady operations.

  1. Step 1

    Landscape & strategy

We audit funding channels, competitor prices and stakeholders, then fix one regional strategy: price corridors, launch order, channel mix.

  2. Step 2

    Presence & pricing

Representation is set up under your SOPs while price registrations and formulary submissions are filed and defended.

  3. Step 3

    Tenders & contracts

We qualify, bid and win through each market’s platform, then execute contracts on schedule and without penalties.

  4. Step 4

    Operate & grow

Uptake, funding flows and policy moves are tracked continuously; the plan is corrected quarterly and the presence scales with the business.
